Here is 2 "dumb" things,
#1. A couple of years ago I had a 2011 xr1200x, bought it used with 500 miles on it, probably only the 2nd time I road it, In my driveway I was geared up and ready to go , had my right foot on the ground, started to give it some gas and let the clutch out, the next thing I knew, the back tire broke loose and I was sitting in the ground with my feet out I'm front of me, laughing as I watch the bike spinning in circles on the ground on its right side with the throttle stuck open...
#2. Last year, it was in the Fall, a lot of leaves on the ground, I was backing my 2004 FLHPI out of my garage, there was a large pile of leave in front of my garage, I went to put my left foot down and misjudged the ground due the depth of the leaves. needless to say bike went over on my left ankle...ouch! The bike didn't go to far due to the engine and saddle bag guards on the bike.

Good thing those 2 things happened in my driveway! Thanks Tone, I was trying to forget those "stupid" things!!!

I got a brand new Kawasaki ZX1100 EFI and took a trip to lands end in cornwall and back to run the bike in all in one day, slow down and fast back, sunny day fun fun fun! next day was knackered so i stayed local nice and slow on my little Kawasaki 2 stroke trail bike, riding past a pub i saw this woman and man she was stunning!!! BUT i didnt see the car stop in front of me! bang i hit it slid up the tank kneecapped both knees on the handlebar lever clamp bolts and done my nuts good and proper on the filler cap! She looked at me as if to say what a tosser!! ha ha ha So remember LOW speed kills!..... your GOOLIES!! ha ha ha...... and John (Lunatic) that is one beautiful place you live in! i love it!!

seriously tony? lands end in cornwall? what's the chances of that. little town of cornwall right up the road from me. we ride up there often for lunch. was once an iron furnace town for the steel industry. incredible beauty...all the buildings constructed of the same dark brown stone and block. fascinating little place and real touristy. go figure, eh??? that's beautiful tony. is your cornwall bordering the irish sea or north sea or atlantic...or where precisely is it? looks spectacular. i have the feeling they get some ass-kicking winter storms there. just a hunch. New York 3147 miles west. now THAT cracks me up.

John its the furthest south west corner and it points straight towards America! The only thing between us is the Atlantic ocean! The irish sea is a bit further north! map.jpg and yes it does get a good hammering by the sea at times! 126013298.jpg a186e329-c1be-4876-b240-22af9bdfa22d-2060x1236.jpg 3100D2CE00000578-3438732-image-a-17_1455028029710.jpg
