In my world a car with 720 hp and still looks that clean and stock is a real sleeper :) Amazing work GLADE. :)

Not as fast as Glade but thought I would add it anyway. 11.72 1/4 at 123mph, 606 hp. It is a street car.
 
ive ran 9.00 at around 155 mph in a 1974 chevy stepside truck blown 383 cid small block.ill try to get some pics up truck sits in my shop in the corner under a cover..
 
SICK cobra redstang. I have built a few turbo setups for cobras, and they absolutley rip, very potent powerplant.

Is the I/C painted black? will that affect performance from it? Or is that a front mount Air-Air intercooler where it doesn't matter. I'm assuming it needs to disperse heat to the environment like a radiator, and painting it will affect that. Guess even if it did, not noticeably.

I was thinking the same thing.
 
Even with air to air FMIC's regular paint will still negatively affect there cooling properties. There is a coating, I can't recall what its called at the moment (damn), but its a paint that doesn't not harm the effectiveness of intercoolers. I am sure glade knows what its called.

Some people swear by it, and some just say screw it and paint it with regular paint anyways. Like you said, the difference is most likely minimal but to some that can mean a win or loss.
 
The pic of the intercooler is hard to tell, but it is actually anodized black, no real performance benefit, I just dont like the look of a big shiny front mount saying "LOOK AT ME I HAVE A TURBO!!" People see that on the street and want to race all the time, but I like to race on the track not on the street.
 
I like to race on the street with my Tomos targa LX Moped. It tops out at 32MPH! HA!!! Top that ****!!!

I've had it up to 45, and I think it'd go faster but I never really tried. Bumped up to 70cc with a Mikuni vm20. It wheelies like a mother, but unfortunately doesn't run at the moment, and I haven't cared enough to figure out why. I only got it out on 2 or 3 good rides before it stopped running right, so I've got about 285 miles to go before it's actually broken in and I can really run the motor... I think of it as a mini Buell with it's fuel in the frame, under-motor exhaust, and gold 5star wheels.

I've got a Fiero with that 2.8. some ******* replaced the intake gaskets and did a **** job at it. Now I'm trying to fix it and it's just a complete clusterfuck.
