    burning through low beam

    not sure on the voltage problem but HIDs start dim and brighten up, thats normal. it does that on my truck. also on my truck they cut out (flickering) when i first installed them. installed a relay and everything was fine.

    i also have an 07 xb9sx and just put tires on mine about 3xxx ago. i went with the pilot road 3. pretty sure its the same as the 2 but with better wet weather traction. i love them so far.

    i work at an auto shop and have patched thousands of tires. i dont see the difference in a motorcycle tire, they still have the inner liner. people dont recommend it because you only have 2 tires holding you to the road so if something happens it would be a lot bigger deal then in a car. saying...

    i am no law major but i think you can run it after so much time. to be honest my drivers ed. teacher told me to run a light when i got my license about 6 years ago (after sitting for a few minutes). this was in NC, im sure laws are different everywhere.
