Replaced the battery for the first time yesterday since I bought the bike in 09. I recently had the 5k service done. The headlights do not come on when I turn the key (to include the high beam). When I turn on the kill switch the fuel pump primes and the gages cycle. The fuses are all good and the 4 relays were just replaced. When I push the starter switch there is a slight click that can be heard possibly coming from the relay box. Anyone have any ideas???

Check that the battery is indeed fully charged. Then check all the battery cable connections and harness grounds. These bikes have a habit of rattling things just loose enough to cause these issues even if the connections seem hand tight.

We just needed to know that it clicks... you didn't need to count all 2009 of the clicks. 
Battery would be best bet for a click, but no start.... but I'm suprised the headlights won't even turn on. Any glow in them at all?

After 2009 clicks, I concur with everyone else, check the battery.
Possible starter slightly stuck from prior voltage problems before you replaced the battery. Slow Charge the Battery
you just bought on 2 amps. A Fast charge doesn't work well.
Snug the Battery Terminals. The Starter button may have some pitting on the contacts you can spray just a little W/D 40 in the Starter button [with the spray straw] area ONLY. OR take it apart and check .If Starter is Stuck you can take a 3/8 Ratchet and use the handle and [GENTLY tap] the starter down on the right side
Transmission in Neutral and Green Light is showing in Neutral.. It is hopefully something small If you use WD/40 on the Starter Button, Loosen up the Screws just a bit and rotate the Starter Button up about a 1/2 inch. Do not get the Lube in the Start /Kill switch area above the Starter Button. Small Things First. Take your time.. Manuals are at top of the Page. *Jimi
