Thanks Applepooh. I'm hoping somebody might be able to answer it today--my scoop is on the truck to be delivered, and I'd love to pick up some screws at the hardware store on my way home.

ok guys, doing some more research on the comfort kit and I was really looking for the:

Header cover P/N: S0175.5AK

to add to the other parts of the kit which I already have, but was unaware that there was more to it than just the inner and outer scoops, so did a google image search and came across this link which tells all... was looking for specs on the size of the clamps, but a no go with that info, you can get those clamps from probably any auto parts or hardware store for less than what any dealer wants for the pair though, well anyway, here's the link to the info:

p.s. it is shipping to hawaii, and its the cheapest place i can find. americansportbikes.com wants $56 for the scoop kit plus $36 shipped. lakeshore wants only $11 for shipping.

yeap, that's where companies usually make up for any discounts is by charging outrageous shipping cost, that's why I shop around for the best deals for parts and shipping...and pass it on when someone ask for help or suggestions as to where to get 'em from.

Ne one know how difficult the install on on the Full Uly Comfort Kit was? Particularly the undertail air diflector peice.

I tried using these # MO 851.7aa and MO 852.7aa to order the Uly confort kit for my XB9S but my local Canuck dealer said his HD system didn't recognize those numbers ? Are there different numbers used here in CANADA ? Thanks 4 ur help ahead of time.

make sure you use zero (0) not the letter O in the part #.[up] (all caps also)

I was looking into the Carbon Fiber right side scoop. Someone mentioned that they had to drill into stuff to mount. Could I just order the inner scoop and mount it to that so it will be easier? Could you PM the answer. Thank you!

Am I correct in thinking that these right side scoopes are just for looks and do not direct more air to the air box?

It's to direct more air to the rear cylinder for better cooling.

have had this scoop kit joel on my uly and lightning cityX since almost new. the amount of extra cooling especially to rear cylinder is incredible. well worth the $50 investment IMO
