My first tattoo, medieval dragon coming soon!
Sort of related to this, Well the tattoo part.
Any one from Michigan, my buddy, I went to art school with has just started an apprenticeship with Desired Skin in Big Rapids. He's an awesome artist looking to keep his talents sharp. If you're in the area, and looking for a tattoo, stop in and check out what he can do. His name is Shawn.

Will be finally getting my arm finished next weekend. After years of hit or miss with bad artists I finally found the guy to finish the job.
Had him already do one 4hr sitting just need to go in for one more to finish up some shading and do the detail work.[up]

Here is my first and only tattoo... I have two more planned... one for my wrist all black which my sister will have something similar on her wrist so when her and i are together it will make a heart. Than on my inner right arm I want to get five lilies all different colors with no outlines just like my one I have now.

Thats good to hear that you found a good artist Brandon, they dont come around very often. Sometime ago I ran across an excellect tattoo artist in Carrollton, TX. After having him do several 4 hr sessions on me, I moved away without it really being complete with intentions of going back to see him. About a year later, I was at a Slayer show in Dallas and ran across some friends that told me of his demise. He was caught with some other dudes girl and that guy beat him to death with his own guitar. Really sad to hear and I never really have found another artist quite like him.

Update on my sleeve,
Finally got the color finished up on my arm, thank god. One more session to smooth in all the shading and touch up anything that may have not taken properly and I will be done. Only ~36hrs and $2800, way to much but the idiot who did a great job on the bottom decided to get lazy and F^%$ Up the top, so it took about 10hrs to cover and incorperate the top and another $1000
Incase anyone wonders, the tattoo represent my Life. With all the choas of the tribal blades being the hardships in life, the skull the bad I have done, and the space being always reach for the stars and dream big.

Here's my current work-in-progress. The sun was my first tattoo 10 years ago...the beach scene represents where my wife and I were married.
Still need the inside done and the back side toward the top of my shoulder.

Man Marko, if I had a cousin that was a tattoo artist, I wouldnt have a inch of empty skin (except for the neck up and the private parts you know).
