Yeah that's right.... well I'm planning a day strip for memorial day weekend I was thinking about going out 322 to Harrisburg and then 15 N we'll have to get together

No I've never been there I live in Berks county now right outside of reading..... about 15 minutes from cabelas.....

Well its pretty much done..... its all mocked up and tacked together. Little heavier then I wanted it to be but it sure looks freaking sexy.... and sounds fucking bad ass!!!!!

I got 3" round pieces of scrap at work and used a hole saw to drill out the 3" centers. Then I got 3" pipe at auto parts store cut a short piece off to slide in the expanded end that way I can test the pipes with packing or with out and later on down the road I can repack or repair if need be. Its a bit longer then what I expected being about a 1" from the tire.... so I'm gonna have to shorten her up just a tad. Overall I'm very pleased with the way it turned out and the sound..... omg wonderful with no packing. I haven't riden it yet cause the back straps are about a 1" to long now so the back doesn't get tight. But it looks freaking good!!!!

Nice, Nice.... Im about to start building a muffler as soon as motor is back in the frame. I picked up a brand new Bassani 4" Megaphone with a 2.5" baffle. Im basically making something that looks like a force muffler.

Yes its way long, probably cut off more than half of it.

I used to have one on my old 12. I got it for $150 shipped from somebody off badweb in like 2006ish. Freaking deal of a life time.(somebody knocked my bike over)

This bike made 100hp and 85tq, Pipe, Nallin Stg3 heads

yeah! reverso is tha shit! i have a APH it performs the only thing is the sound its for me too much Harley (on steroids) so i´m thinking in packing it for a more deep sound.. its on the never ending to do list..

yours looks cool do you know this italian guys ? if you want to open the second chamber this can give you the idea of how it would sound

Well out of trying to get it done before dark and out of my own stupidity I f'd the pipe up tonight.....

I left the house and went down the street I'm thinking damn this sounds bad ass. Pull out onto the street and rip on it..... starts missing and carrying on and I don't know why. Low fuel light comes on so OK maybe I'm out of gas but I wasnt that low.... so I pull out on the highway and barely make it to the gas station. Fill her up with 93 fire it up.... it carries on for another minute or so and goes away.... before one last backfire... the end cap of the pipe blew off..... tink tink tink there she goes.... so I loop around and grab it and go home. I forgot to tack the damn think so it wouldn't fall off. Its completely ruined I'll have to cut it apart and use a new piece to fix it. What really bothers me is why did it carry on.... Idk I'll post another thread.....

Also I'm going to have to make brackets to mount the pipe cause the hose clamp is to big now.... I cut one down and welded it shorter but I don't like it at all and I can't find a 23" t bolt clamp anywhere..... pisses me off....

the exhaust is probably more free flowing than your original and mite need to be fattend up the backfire is usually from exhaust leak. Do tps reset and weld up everything.

Maybe, just maybe by the time the exhaust gases reach the end theyve slowed down to a near stop, creating a massive air dam, little cold air some back pressure and raw fuel, SssPppLllloooooSsiiiioonnn! Also missing cause its backed up, might look free flowing, but if the exhaust cant maintain speed and momentum through the entire system the gas isnt flowing. Regardless of sound
