Cat 3 cams. Custom length non adjustable pushrods

I'm glad you found it man. Did it happen running around or dyno testing?

If their dimension is correct to your valve train mods, swapping them by mistake still shouldn't be an issue. The difference between the intake and exhaust pushrods would be the same as the stock difference. Did you shave the heads? Different pistons?

I'm super curious!

Yep. Those are the cams. Dan said the piston to valve tolerance on my motor is close enough that having pushrod reversed would cause an impact.

Picked this up Sunday. 03 xb9s. 7k miles. The carbon rear fender is for sale btw.

The carbon fender is interesting. Nice bike, nonetheless. I see you got the Race muff on this one.

PS. How close is the RH exhaust outlet from the tensioner pulley?

I’ve never heard a race muffler in person. I like it. It’s in good shape too. Pulley to exhaust outlet clearance is .723

Ok. Mite not be going 1170 just yet. Couple irons in the fire at the moment. Need to get more info on this before I commit. Hopefully have some answers soon as I’ve already shipped out engine parts. In the meantime. 6061 billet 1/6th turn throttle tube.

I found that my throttle hands not educated enough for a 1/6 turn throttle. Had a difficult being smooth unless it was pinned.

And for the review. Outthere nailed it. For me personally, 1/6th is too much. Unless I had it pinned it was hard to be smooth. I wanted to do a trial run in aluminum first anyways. Was wanting the end result to be in magnesium. We will see
