Hey SeaBee I have been meaning to shout at you about this. He went to Peleliu, Iwo and a few other. Nothing but mad respect for the CB's. Oh yea SeaBee or CB's = Construction Battalion.

Since August I have been at Lackland, Texas.

Gator-- Same here for my Marine brothers... I try to explain to people that we are closer to Marines than regular Navy. I just got back from vacationing in Afghanistan a few months ago with the some the 1st MEF. Good times. Gettin ready to go back before too long. Nothing I have done will ever compare to what your Grandfather did. What the Marines and CB's did in S.Pacific was pure hell. He is a true hero!
