Another option is go directly to your local sheriff's dept and/or state police to get gun law information. I've had good success with that.

I am also a member on www.pafoa.org (same screen name). In Pa with a Pa LTCF you can carry any where except:

1) Federal property
2) Schools (the law states possessing a weapon on school grounds is ok if for lawful purpose but there is no definition of what a lawful purpose is... so carry there at your own risk)
3) Court Facility - If you go to a court facility, they are supposed to provide you a locker to stow your sidearm while you conduct business inside. (you have to declare your pistol before you go through the metal detector)
