Price is going to be my deciding factor, and I can just guess already it's over my budget. Black on white would look great though.

It's ok Jacob, everybody hates you

Hey crash and his bike i hate that too! ha ha ha still joking! :black_eyed: and 248 yeah i saw that thread man they are some expensive watches! so what excuse do they use now for being late? at least with the rotors you could say you ran out of gas because you had no money left to buy any! lol :sorrow:

But your not selling yours tone. You cheat... I'm going to personally write a letter warning Julia about your super secret plan. Unless of course you sell one of yours for me. Sound like a plan? :very_drunk::very_drunk:

Umm Tone... I think Jeff owes you an explanation..

Bloody right what Cooter said! ha ha ha seriously that is photoshop yeah? I sent them my Ebr rotor as a pattern and if they couldn`t make the composite rotors they were going to black coat it as a make do for now type of thing! Mate that picture just guaranteed i am doing the right thing! I LOVE IT!!! THANKS!! now make the bike all black! Lol

Hello mate! They are getting made for sure but with their workload and the developing/machining? time etc they may not be done until early june at the latest but i will be hassling them on a regular basis to do it quicker if they can as i am going nuts here waiting! Lol I will give Paul a call tomorrow and see if i can get some more solid details and post them on here straight away if i get any!!

Mate its turning into a nightmare! i have never understood a company where the customer has to chase them to buy stuff its crazy broken promise after broken promise! sorry to be so down on them they are really nice people but i mean come on! Anyway they will only make the rotors on a custom basis at $4500 a pair! so now they are going to coat my EBR front and OEM rear rotor if they can find any extreme pads to stop the colour coming off too fast which leads me to the next point, the black will come off no matter what you do so they dont recommend that anymore now they are all finished in the gunmetal type colour now like in their adverts which is the colour the black ones turn into after use! So unless they got lots more orders for Buell rotors it ends here i guess? Sorry to be such a miserable son of a Brit! (get it!) ha ha :eagerness:

Tone, they should have told you that from day 1, I would just tell them to ship your parts back and be done with them!

I was tempted but he said they were done and ready to ship then he said they were still in the shop, he said he would email me the very next day well that was 2 weeks ago! Its such a shame man i was SO excited! I am paying $250 to coat them in the black despite what the said about not lasting and putting them on my spare wheels just to get those photo`s i crave of my bike totally 100% black! I will get a professional to do it and then well it back to my halo`s of burning silver for ever!! :sorrow:

I ran into the same situation on my engine build on my Sky. It was extremely frustrating. Hang in there.
Just Plastidip them and save yourself $250.
LOL

^^^ totally agree Lusiphur but i have been hanging in there for about 6 months now so i am slowly losing my grip now! ha ha ha Plastidip would save on pad wear thanks for the tip! LOL :eagerness:

I would be pissed by now WTF! There is no reason why it should take this long. I would call and ask for my rotor back that I sent to them. Tony you are being way to nice about this. Just my 2 cents.
