haha ok next time I see some I'll try to have my camera phone ready. I see them pretty often. They cruise up to autozone ALL the time lol.

There are actual groups for the Honda Ruckus that cruze DFW. Hell id rock one if the parts wernt so pricy.

Pretty Fing stupid if you ask me. Still slow, looks retarded, and a completely horrible investment lol.

I will say there is one down the street it's turboed and would probably give my bolt a run for it's money to 70mph(it's top speed).

I'm in college and I ride my 9R to class I love the looks I get.
I lived so close to school I wouldn't need more than a Ruckus or smallest Vespa if I didn't feel like riding my beach cruiser.

Pretty Fing stupid if you ask me.

Well I guess is a good thing no one did........
They arnt supposed to be fast, or look like a sport bike..... Or anything else for that matter. They are just cool lil projects to build and cruse around on.

Here, it is mostly HD's, but when I do see sport bikes, they are mostly CBR 600's. THere is a good mix though. Seen more of the new Speed Triples out on the road (well, at least more than I expected to see). That is one damn sexy bike! Buells are hit or miss. Saw a red one the other day with gold wheels. Actually rolled down my window to hear him go by but damn funny thing was, I couldn't hear the rumble at all on it! Must have been a stock can...

Big inch Harleys by far.... followed by I4 Japs. I think there may be one other Buell in town, but I haven't seen it yet.

Im literally the only buell ive seen in my area for about 40-50 miles. Ive seen one guy (i live in Big Rock, IL) in Naperville, by the "Fox Valley Mall" on an XB12R, and ive seen an 1125cr go past my work a few times, but out of my last counted 23 bikes at my school, i am the only Buell and one of the only American bikes. about half of the guys ride like the harley cruiser knockoffs like the kawasaki vulcan and honda shadow. The cargo shorts and flip flops really pisses me off too. I go to work and get teased by a short fat kid with a 91 Gixxer stroker (like a 1296cc or something) and another kid because they said my helmet is "ridiculous" and that im crazy for wearing leather when it's cold out. Last time i checked, riding to work at 7am in illinois at 49degrees is not exactly what i would call "warm." These kids have never been on anything more than a 15mi ride across town and back though. One doesn't even have a class M license. i think they wanted bikes originally because they saw some guys "stuntin" but realized that isn't really a fad anymore so now they both dropped the suspension and stretched the swingarms and lemme tell you somethin', crappy old early 90s gixxers are not worth putting money into. they'll never be cool.

on a side note, i was at rockford speedway last night and they had this stuntin team called "vertical mischief" there. one of the guys was stuntin on an old sportster! i was impressed.

Around here its all Harleys, and they all seem to hate any sport bikes. There are plenty of other bikes too but id say its 70-30 in favor of Harley.
