Anarchy is not only allowed but it is your obligation when injustice starts to become the norm.
That is fast becoming the way here, we sacrifice liberty for (perceived)security and we actually accomplish neither.
And I try to break as many as humanly possible each day, I'm an insurrectionist, its my calling.

I don't remember where exactly, but there was a ballot initiative in some California town to ban red light cameras. The arguments being made in favor of this were that studies had shown an increase in both congestion AND accident rates in places where these things are installed. Also don't know if it passed.

From my understanding they can't make a photo ticket stick. when you get pulled over the first thing the officer does is look at your license and identify you. The camera identifies the bike/car and not you. So say it was not you, that you were letting someone else ride your bike, drive your car, and you are not sure of the time. In parts of Europe, to my understanding, they take a picture from the back and one from the front(to identify you.

My brother is a Lawyer in Phoenix AZ, and he said that they really cannot make those tickets stick. since the tickets are cent out through the regular mail and do not require a signature, they cant ever even prove that you recieved a ticket. Also, there is often no way to prove that it was you who was operating the vehicle as Deh2k2 stated.

Plaster your plate under your tail. Red light cams cant get an image. At least thats what I hear.... =P

Thaloc, if you do a wheelie thru the light, they won't have any chance of seeing your plate !!! I might try it one time around 3am when there is no traffic, put a big smiley face on the back of my jacket and the word "cheese" underneath.....

thaloc that's exactly where my plate is lol

I've been told once to move it by a county sheriff and then told by a state trooper that it was acceptable, except I have no light on it, so at night it isn't, but they don't seem to care at night around here.

Yeah same here Wolf, no lighting, iv never been hassled over it tho even tho i have been pulled over at night. My thought is there headlights fall right on it so... nada to nag about.
