he made the decision personal since he never has seen a reason for racing even had a issue with it with Ford before he ever went to Harley and they still let his Fabricated trail and personal reasons in.
he also has a vendetta against why would a person want to ride a sport bike? Killing Buell was a personal reason where he made committees up to find any trail he could to submit a paper trail why it needed to be closed. He took these teams to research and kill it for personal reasons.
CEO's sometimes are not suited for the position in all companies. He has no business in any Automotive Corporation with his outlook on racing.
