Thanks to all that have served. I did not serve myself and regret it too often. My father(US Army 101st/82nd Airborne) and grandfather(USAF 301st BG 352nd Squadron) both served. They actually served together in the Navy while stationed in Norfolk in the late 60s.

We called in air strikes, put smoke on target, put laser on target for laser guided bombs, worked mostly with A10s. Helped kill a lot of tanks in Desert Storm.
