    Who has Aprillia mirrors on their Lightning?

    The backorder has been filled the last time i checked. THey should be available. I think bare-end mirrors look better. Take a look at those before you pull the trigger.

    LED Lights inside Airbox Cover?

    I was thinking of accenting my 2007 XB9SX w/ those Lizard LED light strips. Would I be able to put them under the airbox cover safely? I think it would light up the airbox and make it look awesome at night so I hope this would work. Any thoughts???

    As long as you have a motorcycle license, boots, and jeans they will let you. I live near Dallas and that is my local Harley Dealerships policy on test rides.

    I have an 07 XB9SX and I removed the handguards. I want to get rid of those God awful long bolts the handguards attached to. Does anyone know the part number for the shorter bolts? Thanks in advance.

    They do make a lower seat which will drop you down an inch. That might also help.

    Any North Texas riders? DFW area.....

    A friend of mine took me on a really fun ride last night. It's really close to my house and it has probably 20 sweeping curves on relatively good pavement. Great scenery too. If anyone is ever out this way you should check it out. Here's the link: Really Fun Ride

    My new 2007 XB9SX

    I finally got some pics uploaded of my new 2007 XB9SX. I plan on removing the cheese grater, getting bar end mirrors, changing out the blue plastics for the Kick Ash (black) plastics, and getting the headers powder coated matte black.

    N00b to bike world... just bought a xb12s!

    The best advice I can give is ride within your limits. Don't try to do something you see another rider do that you are not yet comfortable at. Definately take the motorcycle safety course, it's well worth it. Good luck!
