    Are you refering to the exhaust servo? The servo in the airbox activates a valve in the exhaust. If you have the stock exhaust, you won't want to remove that.

    I wouldn't even worry about the clutch at this point. I'd adjust it to factory and forget it until you got it running, so you can test it for real.

    Are you adjusting the clutch or the lever? 70-80 is "cold" and definitely not operating temp. Mine does the same thing cold. Never tried it up to temp. Has no effect while riding. I still plan to adjust the clutch soon.
