    NO money LED flasher mod

Done this today, thanks for the idea cyclic, just thought id post my opinions and give some better insructions on what to do. Well, it works!, however it does flash just slightly quicker than id like it too, not fast enough to fail an MOT test(UK) but still slightly faster than usual. Here's...

black peep hole on clutch reservore

^^ Yup. Brake and clutch fluid is hygroscopic, as in it tends to attract moisture, not so dangerous on clutch systems, but on braking systems it can be deadly as when water boils it turns into a gas, which means when you slam the brakes on hard you're not going to stop! Best thing you can do...

    Low AFV?

Thanks Dallas, makes more sence than the way I was thinking, I'll get right to it once I've finished reading the ECMspy tuning guide.

    XB Rear Engine Mount Warning

I can already envision a fix, slightly longer bolts and a bridge that joins A to B and could possibly even slot into the recess below C. That way not all the stress is concentrated on the inside corners next to the bolt holes. Hmm, wonder if its worth firing up the old CNC mill!

    Clutch lever bush!

@turbines in the photos is the clutch lever itself with the fixing bolt, i used a little 2 ton hydraulic press but could have easily hammered it in, i didnt make it too tight of a fit. @jimijeans, nice work. @Stevenc150, yeh i would hve used bronze but we didnt have any laying around...

    Clutch lever bush!

If you want them guys im afraid you're gonna have to make them yourselves(the sizes are at the bottom of my first post), theres just too much waste material to make turning and selling them worth my time, plus i dont think my boss would be best pleased if he found out i was using the companies...

    Fuel maps

Just had a chance to read over you post properly, i understand what your saying about different maps for different bikes but i just wanted to find myself a baseline for tuning, the bikes sorted again now, just burned the race maps again and this time everything went as it should.
