I'm going to attempt to bring this thread back to something useful and ask a serious question that hopefully will bring about some educated thought processes??? On a different buell forum... A guy by the name of Pointdoc was toying with Vrod injectors and other performance enhancing mods. One of the problems he was trying to solve was the low RPM's of our bikes. He discussed, not sure if he ever tried it by removing rotational mass from various parts of the motor. I will look for the thread but i think last i read about it he was unable to gain access to the machine he would need to drill holes in the rotors and crap. sorry for my layman's terms. But it makes me wonder as hard and fast as we do come to redline maybe an extra 400-500 rpm's would get us to the mid 150's?

With the stock belt, you'd need to be at around 8,000rpm for mid 150's. Stock internals prob can't handle that for very long, if at all, without blowing up..

Nuage, I have a guy I work with who has a Vrod throttle body on his 12R. Had to do some tuning on it but he says it feels like a big bore kit. I have not ridden it yet since he's replacing his front forks with 1125 forks currently. Once done he's gunna let me take it out.

@buelljek. I use far more superior technology than lasers, but that is classified information.

Anyways, I just went out for another quick spin with bubbles and his trusty kitten. I guess i gotta stop hanging out with bubs, he always gets in my action shots.. he's just worried about his kitty cat.

Heres a pic of my bike after the pbr race muffler install.I also found that the left side scoop is a great place to store your beers for the road.

Actually its a concept pbr super pipe. It has different chambers in it filled with pbr.
