Chevy, I've priced a new chin cowl, two sides and the middle... It's about $230 for all three of those alone! Still debating if it's worth it anymore, honestly. Now, I have to send my pipe out to Hawk, plus I'll have to get an ECM, plus a K&N, plus..... plus..... lol it will never end!

I'm not sure what I want to do for turn signals yet, I need to do one thing at a time lol. I really want some Rizomas, but they're expensive! I've thought about going to the 2010 signals, ordering 4 rear signals and run them all the way around, they have shorter stalks than the fronts.

818, I've ordered them from Surdyke HD. I plan on ordering the fly screen from buellparts.net.

BE AWARE, the part numbers are very, VERY hard to find. If I were you I would go to an HD dealer. That's what I ended up doing to get part numbers.

Since the white/ blue was from the 2009 XB12R, that's what I requested. When I originally ordered my airbox, a user on here gave me the part number for an XB9, it didn't have the mesh vent above the gas cap, and it didn't have the raised emblems.

I'm NOT blaming him, but I did a LOT of research, and I didn't find part numbers until halfway into the order. Thankfully, I was able to cancel it. I will try to find the link, I believe it was from the "other" Buell forums. :p

New parts are too rich for my blood ;) . I've been collecting lightly scratched parts to vinyl wrap. I don't plan on completely solid anyways, so getting OEM parts isn't a necessity for me.

I have these.... $33 shipped ebay Rizoma cloans. No complaints here... unless you want them to say Rizoma on them ;) I've seen the other style too.

Best I have of the signals (same ones front and rear)...

Thanks JustinMT on the info where to get the plastics (Surdyke HD).

I have Valencia Orange items on order with them now.

Can you let me know the white front fender part number?

Thx.

I now have all my Arctic Whites besides the chin cowl, really debating on if it's worth the approximate $240 to get all three new pieces (center and sides), or just leave it black until I get all the other things I want to do first. I can live with leaving the chin cowl black until I get the performance mods I'm desiring.

By the end of January, I hope to have my exhaust done (Hawk) with an EBR ECM.

Then, I'd like to get the ASB open airbox and a K&N filter. Then, it'll be on to more cosmetic mods. Fender eliminator, 2010 tail light, led signals, etc..

Could we see some pictures?! Love you bike.

Thanks a lot! I'm really glad it's getting some recognition. This isn't really anything to write home about, just some parts being slapped on. I know there's plenty of other guys out here with way cooler stuff going on with their XBs, but I'm proud of her and I can't wait to get where I envision it in my mind!

I probably won't have pictures of them on the bike until season comes around. She's currently in storage at my neighbors (not enough room in the garage during winter), and I don't feel like carrying all the boxes down and putting the whites on.

Just stay tuned, lots more to come!

JustinMT. Ya I just paid 20 a quart for racing 20w-50 royal purple. Totally worth it but hurts haha. Every 3000!

I like RP... yeah it bites the wallet but hey, it's what I can get my hands on locally.

My brother puts RP in his 6.0 Super Duty, can't imagine what he's paying lol. It's about $80 with a K&N filter to do a change on the Buell. Oh well...

Totally worth it. That's how much I'm paying too. If I would of got the non racing rp 20w-50 it would of only been ten a quart. Which may be more reasonable. If there are other people who would want to try rp. But for me. The best is what you want. It makes the difference. Also Yaa I run rp in all our really nice cars and I run it in all our bikes. Thinking about putting it in my daily driver ram but i dont know I still have free oil changes from the dealer haha.

Ok I totally understand. And ya i dont know iv seen your bike on here sense before I got my buells and iv always just loved how simply good it looks. If I ever got an xb it would be a lot like yours! [smirk][up] good work man.

09, it's not your money brother, so why fret? Lol. It's the best thing I can get locally, can't find Amsoil anywhere close to me, and I'm not really looking to get a bulk supply of oil.

John, thanks a lot! You should really pickup an XB, as you can see here on the forums, we all love our bikes!

O I know justin haha. Iv got myself self an 1125 :) haha you've seen it around? I hope. Haha it's in pieces right now. But here's right before the tear down.
