Putting Lizzy on a dyno to see what she puts out, only mod is the k&n air filter. I'll post up results later today.

She made 119.51hp and I didn't get any torque ratings. Not too bad for stock, when I get the ebr exhaust I'll have it done again.

Making the switch to Amsoil. Just ordered 3qts. and a K&N oil filter ~$60total, wish the local auto parts stores carried Amsoil so i wouldnt have to pay shipping, but well see how it does compared to Mobil1

Considering doing a CR to R swap, does anyone know whats is involved in doing this? I know upper triple, clip on bars, i have the shorter throttle cables and brake/clutch lines, fairing stay, headlights and housings as well as new bulbs and the wiring and a windshield and new mirrors/blinkers. Thats off the top of my head, if i missed anything let me know, this will be a piece by piece project and probably by winter ill do the swap as i need to save for the EBR stator first then the EBR race exhaust and ECM (~$3000 total) Also i heard to do a rear gearing swap (the sprocket and belt) from a CR to R or R to CR you need to also swap the swing arm, why is this? I would think the belt and sprocket would be enought as there is nothing in the swingarm that should change between the two.

i just read your whole post. love the bike and especially the colors. i ride a sportster 48 now but im looking at buying a cr when my sporty sells. how miserable were you riding the cr that far? i have ridden about 450 miles on one day on mine and it sucked.

The first 700 miles were nothing, i had an iPod to focus on and the road of course, only things i had to help make it a little better were the select seat, a thin blanket folded up to cover over the seat and a gel pad i bought in Florida (which was a waste of money) that didn't help at all lol. If your interested in a CR they are great bikes and the drive train is very reliable as I've heard of 08 1125Rs getting into the 30k+ range but as you may know the stater issue in the 09-10 1125s is what kills allot of interest in these bikes which is a shame. My first stater went at 5500 miles and I'm still on my second with just over 10,000 miles on this one (which is a miracle) and most people seem to get around 5,000. If you click on my profile (I guess you'd call it that) I have a timeline of everything that I did to Lizzy from the day I got her and onward. There is a fix for the stater issue from EBR($900) its allot cheaper than swapping to the 08 stater and rotor ($1300)

Not Buell related but just got some American Racing Outlaw II rims on my explorer and thought id share with you guys (rims courtesy of my friend Jeff)

also on topic, muffler was put back on Lizzy last night and also got a quick spray with some high temp black paint to cover the surface rust

looks pretty damn good

No I swapped the lines since I put the shorter brake/clutch lines on and that is some that dripped out since I made a little bit of a mess out of the bleeding process lol

How much for your cr front? Wanting to do the XB12Scg with that front. I'm in Westchester county by the tappan see bridge

Ok. I cracked mine up 1.5 years ago and looking to sell the bike... Should finish what I started.

I haven't checked the parts for sale in a while, but just read your post here. sweet bike! Great travel updates too! Is rather buy from someone than stealership... But looking to sell sooner than next winter. I.fb messaged you too.
