Well, i knew it wouldn't last too long. 18,700 miles and got the dreaded system voltage CEL just as i pulled her into the garage. Gonna check into it tomorrow, I'm hoping its the relay as that's relativity cheap and it is acting the same as when the relay went on me in Florida 4,500 miles ago.

I unplugged the recall harness and started the bike, checked it about 5 minutes later and was charging at 14.2v. So then i quickly switched the harness around to the recall harness and it dropped down to 12.0v and stabilized, then i quickly unplugged the harness again and it went back up to 14.2v. Looks like ill need a new relay. $5 later and im allot happier and i diagnosed the issue and saved $160 instead of having HD diagnose it.

Video of new exhaust preeez!

Great looking bike btw. I just picked up a 2009 1125CR last week, with only 1600 miles on her! My adventure is just beginning!

Ill see what i can do doolay, all the ones ive taken so far dont sound right. GNRSM8 ill take some pics, its a pretty simple thing to do and a temp thing untill i get a new relay in the harness.

Just installed another set of Michelin Piwer Pures in the stock sizing. Had to improvise on lifting up the front of the bike to take off the front wheel, fork stand/bike jack worked well lol, I need to invest in a triple tree pin stand!

All buttoned up and ready for the road ahead, I got 8,300 miles out of the last set of power pures!

Here's also two videos, first is one of the ebr exhaust and second of me diagnosing the charging harness relay. (went to Harley and bought two new relays and everything is like new again, I'll post the part number up later for anyone who needs it. Total for the two was $18.xx)

The 2010 1125 parts book and ordered through lshd1.com rims I found off badweb locally. Not cheap, cost $600 for the rims and about $600 for the plastics and decals.

I did them at 10,500 miles and plan on taking her in next at 22,000 miles. Ill probably also have them put the EBR rotor in with the oil orifice at the same time.

Well as if yesterday I am the proud new owner of a 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport 5-speed! The best part is it has less miles than Lizzy lol only 17,300 as of now and Lizzy has 19,300.

Here's a couple pics from my phone.

I love this car! I'll take some pics with the slr later and post them up.

Where can I do a little research on the voltage/relay issue (seen you unplugging and re-plugging that wiring harness, to bump up your voltage) ? Can I just unplug and re-route mine, or is there more to it?

Hes bypassing the relay to check to see if it changes the voltage. The voltage went up to 14 volts when he bypassed it meaning the relay was bad.

Blew another harness relay yesterday, stater is running strong still, im creeping up to 20,000 miles (19,760)

Thinking about selling Lizzy. I dont need to sell but would like to get something new in the future and help pay off my car a little quicker as well. Currently she has 19,8xx miles and it does climb still. Im not gonna go into detail about everything because thats what this thread is for, I have a log of all the events in my profile, so just click on my name and scroll down and i have everything listed from when i bought her last June at 4,100 miles till now, and the milage that it happened at. For everything I have with her (bike, stock parts (stock exhaust, ecm, some plastics and various other goods) and 2009 parts book, electrical manual, service manual and 1125 series owners manual as well as the took kit in the back. I want $10,000.00 or best offer. PM me if you have any questions and I am located in Flemington, NJ (Hunterdon County) also pm me if you want to call/text. Also all charging gremlins have been eleminated!
